I was so impressed with the quality of work from DG Property Maintenance that they are back doing another job for me.  So far they have done my main bathroom, cloakroom and are now working on the en-suite.  Dave is just brilliant- professional but friendly, uses quality products, always thinks about the customer and is great at his craft.  There was a tricky pipe problem in the en-suite that he solved by thinking outside the box.  I call him my maintenance MacGyver! Ash, his floor guy is fantastic too. I'd happily recommend DG Property Maintenance to anyone and I won't be looking  anywhere else.  In fact, I'm already talking to Dave about painting, changing the carpets and an outside job.

I would like to say the I've had my leaking tap fixed by Dave Ginnety DG Property Maintenance Swineshead, he had to go and get a new tap to fix the problem, he had done a great job and nothing was to much trouble.  I definitely will phone him again if I have anymore problems, if anyone is looking for a plumber here's your man, don't hesitate

Dave has just finished a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, changing the room round completely.  There were many problems from day one but Dave took it all in his stride and overcame them.  He visited us before the job started and put us at ease and we are delighted with everything he has done,
